RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Upon receiving your item, please inspect it carefully and reach out to us immediately if you notice anything that's not quite right - damaged, defective, or the wrong item/size. Letting us know promptly allows us to research what went wrong and gives us a chance to make it right.
1. All items must be new, unwashed, and unworn
2. All items should be returned with the original packaging or in a plastic bag for clothing and in the original box/packaging for shoes to protect from spills or damage during transport.
3. All items must be free of pet and environmental odors, dust, and debris
4. All items must be Free of Defects not caused by our error.
All return requests need to be sent with the following information within 7 calendar days of when the item was marked delivered. If your item was marked delivered and you did not receive it, please contact the carrier and let us know the reference number you were given. Any original shipping cost are non refundable.

* Please be aware that this offer is not applicable to sale, discounted, clearance items or purchases using a discount code and only applies to full price purchases. Exchanged items are not eligible for further exchanges or refunds.
** Free exchange refers to the cost of the new size and standard shipping of the new pair only. You are responsible for all return shipping cost, and they are non-refundable. Any Upgraded shipping cost paid on the original order are beared by you and are non-refundable.

In case you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, shipping costs are non-refundable. You’re responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked. Kitsune Raid Squad is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are not responsible for Wrong Addresses being given at time of the Order or Lost/Stolen packages. No Exceptions. Returns must be postmarked within 14 Days of the original delivery. Returns postmarked after 14 Days of the original delivery date will not be accepted.
