Shipping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

For our shipping method we are using the fastest shipping available for us.
Depending on country shipping may varies between 3 to 12 business days.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Our products usually – key word "usually" – ship within 3-8 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

Standard shipping times for domestic US orders: 5 -12 business days
Standard shipping times for international orders: 10 - 18 business days
Express shipping times for international orders: 3 - 7 business days

We want you to receive the best quality, so we are asking for your patience.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we do. But there are some exceptions.
Please contact us if you need some more details regarding excluded destinations.

DO ALL ITEMS ALWAYS SHIP TOGETHER?
Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately or from different facilities.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

For online purchases, Kitsune Raid Squad accepts the following forms of payment:

  • American Express
  • QuadPay
  • PayPal

If you would like to use a different payment method, please email us.

WHAT IF MY CREDIT CARD WAS DECLINED?
If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase.

Orders and Returns

DO YOU NEED MY PHONE NUMBER?
For our shipping our shipping providers need a phone number.
Providing your phone number will help you to receive you product quicker.

I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you do not receive an email from Kitsune Raid Squad within a day of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our support team at support@kitsuneraidsquad.com

WHO SHOULD I TO CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?
If your have any queries you can email our support group at support@kitsuneraidsquad.com.
We might take 24 hours for getting back to you on busy days.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you placed an order, you may email us the changes you want to make in your order within 12 hours from time of order and our executives will make sure the changes are made in time.

If you are willing to change the product or size of the product, email us the new product name and the size you want within 12 hours from time of order.

To change the delivery address, email the new address so that we can make the needful changes.

For any other change, you may simply email your request and our executives will take good care of it.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

There are two (2) ways to check the tracking information available for your package:

  1. In your Shipping Confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door.
  2. Depending on the shipping method selected you may visit USPS.com, OnTrac.com, or other carrier sites and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you directly on the carrier’s website.
